Wisconsin has unanimously passed "AB-250/SB-208, the Commercial Dog Breeders Licensure Bill", which has only to be signed by the Governor. ANYONE breeding, rescuing, selling, brokering, or otherwise involved in canine related business must be aware of the new laws coming into affect.
