If you are receiving what looks like a scrambled newsletter or gibberish:

Select Manage Subscriptions from the user menu (when logged in) and set "Receive HTML" to "Yes." If you still have problems, contact the webmaster.

If you joined our mailing list but are not receiving our newsletters:

• Contact the webmaster if you did not receive your subscription confirmation email.
• Please add This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to your list of approved senders (your address book or white list).
• Earthlink, Mindspring, PeoplePC, Netcom users: We are unable to respond to automated white-listing requests, so if you wish to receive our newsletters, you must add us to your list of approved senders.
• Bouncing or undeliverable addresses are subject to deletion at any time.
• Occasionally our newsletters are mistakenly blocked as spam by your email provider.
• If you miss an issue you can always read the newsletters online.

To update your information:

To change your subscription address, choose to receive html or plain text messages, or to unsubscribe, select Manage Subscriptions from the user menu (when logged in). Our newsletters are best viewed as html.
